Free time is hard to come by when you’re a full-time workaholic, volunteer cheer coach, and mom to a spirited tween girl who lives and breathes dance and cheer, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. When I’m not at dance practices or on the sidelines, I’m a proud dog mom to a 160-pound Newfoundland who’s convinced he’s a lapdog and a senior pup who still thinks he’s a puppy. Our weekends are filled with cheer games, dance performances, and searching for the next outdoor festival while always finding a new adventure together along the way.

My life outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, two kids and two dogs. We are constantly busy with school events, football practices or games. But other than that, I love to work out, cook, and traveling when I can!

When I’m not working, my time is spent with my family. I love spending time with my husband, two daughters and my son. I stay pretty busy with all the sports and school functions between our three kids. And cheering for them in all aspects of their lives is my absolute favorite thing to do! And when we have some time to spare we love fishing, hunting, baking, crafting and playing pickleball together.

Outside of work, I am doing my best to be a father to the most amazing kid on the planet, and also being the rock for my wife. I am a semi-pro bodybuilder, so when it comes to living your life, being a husband, being a father, and also striving to be the best person you can be…. It gets super stressful. But I do my best and to show my son hard work always pays off, with a smile on your face!

After work, I usually spend my time with my husband and our two big ol’ dogs. We take long walks—sometimes up to five miles—or play endless games of fetch to burn off their energy. I’m into high-intensity interval training, love to sing (whether it sounds good or not!), and when I get the chance, I enjoy exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
